  1. Who are Wonderful Clean and what are they doing?
  2. We are a growing cleaning services company that started in the beautiful region of the Washington Palouse. All of our locations are locallly owned and operated. Our focus is to clean with eco-friendly products in your home. Limiting your family's exposure to hazardous chemicals found in conventional cleaning products is very important to us. You enable us to give back to the community by booking with us, we donate a percentage of lifetime bookings to selected local non-profits which you can learn more about on our about page.

  3. How will I know what time to choose?
  4. Pick any time that works best for you. If there is a scheduling conflict on our end, we will contact you and find an alternative time that works best for you. If for any reason you need to change your booking date and time. You may change it up to 48 hours before the original scheduled date by logging in and going to your bookings page.

  5. Do you do green cleaning?
  6. Yes, we prefer to use green cleaning products. However, some areas of your home may still require us to use conventional cleaning products. The more often we come clean, the sooner we can use 100% green cleaning products in your home.

  7. Who provides the supplies?
  8. We provide all the cleaning solutions, microfiber towels, scrubbers, sponges. If you have a particular cleaning product you'd like us to use, please let us know and we'll gladly use that instead.

  9. What forms of payment do you accept?
  10. We accept all major debit and credit cards. We are compliant to PCI DSS Level 1 Standard and do not store any credit card numbers in our system.

  11. What is considered outside of your normal service area?
  12. We consider any residence outside of Spokane, Spokane Valley, South Hill, Liberty Lake, Pullman, Moscow or Colfax to be outside our normal service area. Any cleanings outside of these areas are automatically assessed a travel fee of $25.

  13. How do I leave a tip for my cleaners?
  14. Please leave cash tips for our cleaners with a note that it's for them, otherwise they won't take it.

  15. How do I sign up for recurring service?
  16. On our booking page select how often you would like us to clean your home. We offer a weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly scheduling. Our system will automatically schedule your next cleans based on the schedule you select and your card will be charged two days prior to the cleaning.

  17. How can I reschedule my recurring service?
  18. You may reschedule the date of your cleaning up to two days prior to the actual cleaning date. Please keep in mind that we will try our best to accomodate your needs for rescheduling, however, we may not have the open availability that you request. In those instances, we will contact you directly to find a time that works for both of our schedules.

  19. Can I cancel my recurring service?
  20. Of course you can. You may cancel your subscription at anytime by logging into your account and going to the "Manage Subscriptions" link in the user dropdown menu. Keep in mind we freeze the ability to make schedule or cancellations two days prior to the actual cleaning date. We do this so we can solidify our schedule. If you need to cancel within that two day freeze period we must adhere to our refund policy and you may be charged cancellation fees.

  21. Does Wonderful Clean have insurance?
  22. Yes, we carry an insurance policy that will cover any damages that may have happened from our cleaners in your home. Please contact us immediately following your discovery of any damage. It is company policy for our cleaners to report any damaged items during their visit to your home. If you have further questions about our insurance policy please call or email us.

  23. Should I be home during my cleaning appointment?
  24. It's up to you. We would suggest that for your initial cleaning you meet the cleaner(s) in person. If you aren't available at the time of cleaning then please add additional notes on how to get into your home.

  25. When is payment taken for the clean?
  26. Payment is debited at the time the booking is scheduled in our system for one-time cleanings. For our subscription cleaning service, our system will automatically bill two days prior to your scheduled cleaning.

  27. How do I pay?
  28. You can securely pay through our online booking system with debit or credit card.

  29. What if I'm unhappy with your clean?
  30. We will schedule a cleaner to come back to your home and re-clean for free.

  31. Do you do move in / move out cleaning?
  32. Yes, when you are on our booking page select our Diamond service cleaning package and then let us know that it's a move in or a move out clean. Our Diamond service cleaning package is our most detailed clean.

  33. Can I cancel my booking?
  34. Yes, you may cancel your booking with no fees up to 48 hours to the original booking scheduled date. If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice we will charge a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total booking price. To cancel, send us an email or give us a call and we will initiate the refund on your card.

  35. Can I reschedule my booking?
  36. Yes, you may reschedule through our site by logging in and going to your booking listings and slecting the booking you'd like to reschedule. You may reschedule with up to 48 hours notice, any later than that and our system won't allow you to reschedule. You will need to email or call us. Please refer to our terms and conditions.

  37. Do you move large furniture while you clean?
  38. Sorry, we cannot move large furniture to clean underneath it. Our employees are instructed to not move anything over 50 lbs. We will do our best to clean under or around your large furniture.

  39. How is your pricing calculated?
  40. Our pricing is based on the amount of bedrooms and bathrooms at a residence. We aim to simplify our pricing as much as possble. Depending on the service level (Gold, Platinum, Diamond) you select we spend more time on each cleaning task as you select the higher service level, and we do a few more tasks with each service level increase.
